Its formula includes hydrolyzed collagen and conditioning ingredients to help improve softness, shine and manageability. The complete system includes straightening cream, neutralizer and treatment conditioner.

How to Use
- Wash hair with shampoo and dry thoroughly.
- Section the hair and apply Step 1 Straightening Cream evenly, keeping it away from the scalp.
- Processing time depends on hair condition: resistant hair: 20–30 minutes; normal hair: 10–25 minutes; damaged hair: 5–10 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water after the pre-softening process.
- Apply a suitable keratin hair mask, rinse and dry the hair.
- Apply Step 2 Neutralizer evenly and leave for approximately 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Straighten the hair with a straightening iron as directed for the desired finish.
